Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us. We gladly do exchanges and refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  Items purchased between October 1 and December 1 are eligible for refund up to January 31.  Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.  Shipping costs are not refunded.  The item must be in the same condition as when purchased with the tags attached.    

For a Refund or Exchange: Enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip in the shipment.  List on the paperwork your request for a refund or exchange. List the specific details requested for exchanges.   

We will ship out an exchange at no cost. We do not cover the cost of return to us.

Our sales help us to move overstock and clearance items.  All sales are final.  There are no price adjustments following a purchase.   


Tapiola Ski warranties our products to be free of material and manufacturing defects for 12 months after the date of purchase.  If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, send a photo showing the defect and the product label so we can assess the claim.  

A replacement or refund will be issued if the claim is verified.   

What’s not covered:

  • Improper Care - including moth/insect damage and improper washing
  • Excessive wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence or pet damage
  • Missing or Defaced labels
  • Alterations, including embroidery, removed labels and tailoring 
  • Products that have been purchased used.
